- Main focus of the audit was to establish energy foot print of the building, identify potential areas for energy saving/conservation and improve energy efficiency of the building.

- The World Trade Center, is one of the first tall building (32 storied) of Mumbai built over 35 years ago. We conducted their HVAC Health audit and the Electrical and Safety Audit. Since this is an old installation, the focus was also in identifying equipment due for replacement and / or refurbishment. A suitable replacement-cum-refurbishment strategy was also presented
